In 1994, my parents brought me into this world, specifically into Amsterdam.

In my early childhood I lived and went to school in Diemen-Noord.

When I reached the age of 8 our family moved to Zaandam: I still live in Zaandam.

My only first name is Bart. Some may playfully call me bartje or bwart, but none of that is official.

My surname, van der Braak, came from my father’s side.
